Shipping Policy

At INFYNIQS , all Drona Aviation products are shipped directly from the manufacturer to ensure fast processing, safe packaging, and genuine product delivery. Orders are usually processed after payment confirmation and dispatched based on stock availability shared by the manufacturer. Shipping, packaging, and tracking are managed by Drona Aviation. Customers will receive tracking details once the shipment is dispatched. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer location, courier service availability, public holidays, or unforeseen logistics delays. We currently ship across India using trusted delivery partners. Company-branded packaging may be used for all shipments.

Refund Policy

As per the official partnership agreement with Drona Aviation, refunds are generally not applicable once an order is confirmed and shipped. Refunds or replacements will only be considered in cases of verified manufacturing defects or transit damage. Customers must report such issues within 7 days of delivery along with proper photos/videos of the product and packaging for validation. After verification and approval from the manufacturer, eligible cases may receive a replacement or refund based on the issue assessment. Refund processing timelines may vary depending on payment method and approval process.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment confirmation. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted. Returns are not accepted for Drona Aviation products unless the product received is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect. Exchange or replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery with supporting proof. Products must be unused and returned with original packaging, accessories, and invoice copy wherever applicable. Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, or accidental damage are not eligible for return or replacement. Technical support and warranty-related assistance for eligible products will be handled directly by Drona Aviation support teams.
