Return & Refund Policy

This policy explains the eligibility, procedure, and conditions for returns and refunds on purchases made through www.infyniqs.com.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery, only for eligible products.
  • Products must be:
    • Unused and uninstalled
    • In original condition with intact packaging
    • Returned along with all accessories, manuals, and labels
  • Due to the technical nature of electronic components:
    • Products tested, soldered, programmed, or physically altered are not eligible for return.
  • Certain products are non-returnable, including:
    • Customized or special-order components
    • Software, licenses, and digital downloads
    • Consumables and clearance items
  • Return eligibility (if any) is clearly mentioned on the respective product page.

2. Procedure to Apply for a Return / Refund

Applying for a return on Infyniqs is quick and completely online:

  1. Log in to your Infyniqs Account
  2. Navigate to My Account โ†’ Orders
  3. In the orders table, locate your order and click โ€œRequest Returnโ€
  4. Select the refund/return subject from the available options
  5. Clearly explain the issue in the Refund Reason Description text box
  6. Upload clear product images (mandatory for damaged, defective, or incorrect items)
  7. Submit the return request

Once submitted, your request will be reviewed by the Infyniqs support team.


3. Review, Inspection & Resolution

  • All return requests are reviewed for eligibility and technical validity.
  • If approved, return instructions (shipping method or pickup details) will be shared.
  • Returned products undergo inspection by the seller or manufacturer.
  • Based on inspection results, one of the following resolutions will be provided:
    • Replacement with the same or equivalent product
    • Refund to the original payment method
    • Store credit (if applicable)
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5โ€“7 business days after inspection approval.

4. Return Shipping Policy

  • Free return shipping is provided if the issue is due to:
    • Manufacturing defect
    • Transit damage
    • Wrong product shipped
  • For all other approved returns, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
    • Notify Infyniqs within 48 hours of delivery
    • Upload clear images showing the defect or mismatch
    • Retain original packaging for verification
  • These cases are prioritized for faster resolution.

6. Vendor & Manufacturer Policies

  • Infyniqs operates as a marketplace and authorized distributor for multiple manufacturers and vendors.
  • Returns, replacements, and after-sales support are subject to individual vendor/manufacturer policies, which may vary by product.
  • Infyniqs facilitates communication and resolution but final approval depends on vendor/manufacturer evaluation.

7. Non-Returnable Exceptions

The following items are non-returnable unless received damaged or defective:

  • Customized or made-to-order components
  • Clearance or special-price items
  • Software, firmware keys, and digital products
