1. Marketplace Role & Liability

Infyniqs is an online marketplace connecting manufacturers, suppliers, and customers. Infyniqs does not manufacture, test, store, or warrant the products sold by third parties on the platform.

We are not liable for any product malfunction, performance issues, damage, loss, or injury arising from the use of products purchased via Infyniqs.
Product quality, safety, accuracy of description, certifications, and warranties are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer or vendor listing the product.
All product queries, after-sales support, and warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer or seller as specified on the product page or invoice.

2. Manufacturer Responsibilities

Manufacturers/vendors must provide accurate product information, including images, technical specifications, usage instructions, certifications, HSN codes, and warranty details.
They are responsible for resolving customer complaints, defects, warranty claims, and product-related disputes in a timely and professional manner.
Manufacturers must comply with all applicable laws, safety standards, and regulatory requirements in India.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must review and confirm product specifications, suitability, and compatibility before purchasing.
For any complaints or product issues, customers should first contact the manufacturer/vendor using the details provided at purchase.
Customers agree that Infyniqs is not responsible for product failures, delays, or dissatisfaction caused by the manufacturer or logistics providers.

4. Manufacturer-Customer Disputes

Infyniqs may facilitate communication between manufacturers and customers but does not arbitrate or guarantee resolution of disputes.
Any refunds, replacements, or after-sales support are subject to the individual manufacturer’s policies, not Infyniqs.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will Infyniqs be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of products or services purchased on the platform.
Infyniqs does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of third-party listings or communications.

6. General Terms

All users must provide truthful and complete information during registration and purchases.
Use of Infyniqs is subject to change or update without prior notice.
These terms are governed by Indian law and subject to jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana.
